I sincerely congratulate each of you on the great Victory achieved by our victorious army under the leadership of our Commander-in-Chief. Starting from September 27, the victories won by our native Azerbaijan both on the battlefield and in diplomatic negotiations have created a great sense of pride in each of us. Thus, this glorious Victory, which ended the 30-year longing, means the liberation of our ancient lands under enemy occupation and ensuring our territorial integrity. we are sure that this historical victory, which further strengthens our national unity, will be remembered by writing the glorious pages of the modern history of Azerbaijan.
We are proud that the heroic people of Azerbaijan won this victory on the battlefield. About 300 settlements, including the cities of Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Zangilan, Gubadli, Shusha, Hadrut, Sugovushan and other settlements were liberated on the battlefield. Azerbaijan signed the victory with the bravery of its soldiers.
Once again, I congratulate each of you on the occasion of our victory in the Patriotic War. I wish God's mercy to our martyrs who wrote history with their blood, and healing to our wounded!
